Diamond Estates have been established for 10 years, based in two different offices in Northampton. Our strength is therefore in the Midlands but having sold land as far a field as Ipswich, Gatwick, Ashford, Yorkshire and Wales we are able to confidently act in any location.

Not only have we sold large sites of 20 acres or more we have also acted for the owners of small but elite village plots with equal success. We have successfully negotiated Options on over 10,000 acres of land sometimes acting for as many as 8 landowners in one location.

Diamond Estates are fully conversant with all variations of Contract, Option, Promotion Agreement which may include pre-emption rights, complex conditions or other clauses. Our experience in relation to the legalities of land transactions enables us to provide the client with another source of advice; we can give comparable scenarios because we are aware of the current "market barometer", which can be invaluable in the delicate stages of Contract negotiation.

We have worked with all the major national house builders and are on first-name terms with them at all levels from the Managing Director or Chairman. When an answer is needed quickly, we can provide it simply by using this strong communication network built up over many years; giving new meaning to "its not what you know.....".

Diamond Estates have traditionally relied on word of mouth advertising and we have not found it necessary to advertise our service, which in itself we feel is a recommendation.* We know that we can provide you with every aspect of advice you will require, and we are sure that our new clients will find confidence in working with us after just our first meeting.
